RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Forge & Form Design Studio accepts return requests for eligible, non-custom products within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Contact us at forgeformds@gmail.com before shipping a return. Items returned without prior authorization might not be accepted.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Custom, personalized, commissioned, and made-to-specification products are final sale once the customer accepts the quote, submits payment, and design or production work begins.
Custom-order requests may be withdrawn without charge before payment. After custom modeling, sculpting, printing, painting, or other production work begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded because the product is being created specifically for the customer.
Customers receive a digital proof when included in the accepted quote. Once that proof is approved, changes requested afterward may require an additional fee. An item that accurately matches the approved proof is not eligible for return because of a change in personal preference.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Inspect your order immediately after delivery. Contact us within seven days if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the approved order. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and shipping packaging.
When a verified production or fulfillment error occurred, Forge & Form will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
Because our pieces are 3D printed and individually finished, minor layer texture, surface variation, color variation, and hand-finished differences are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs on standard returns. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error or the item arrived damaged.
Use a tracked shipping service and package the item securely. Forge & Form is not responsible for unauthorized returns or items damaged because of inadequate return packaging.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Gift cards and digital products are nonreturnable. These policies do not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer law.
