SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION
READY-MADE AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Please allow 3–7 business days for production and order processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
CUSTOM COMMISSIONS
Custom production begins after the final quote is accepted, the required payment or deposit is received, and any required digital proof is approved. Estimated production time is provided with the quote and may vary according to size, complexity, finish, revisions, and current workload.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY
Available shipping services, prices, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Transit estimates begin after the order ships and are not included in production time.
Tracking information is emailed when available. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact the customer with a revised estimate and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact forgeformds@gmail.com immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters fulfillment.
Orders returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
Report damaged deliveries within seven days and include photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
If tracking shows no delivery or the shipment appears lost, contact forgeformds@gmail.com. We will assist with the carrier’s claim process and determine the appropriate replacement or refund based on the investigation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
When international shipping is available, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local processing charges unless checkout states otherwise.
