CUSTOM PRODUCTS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Forge & Form Design Studio creates original collectibles, dioramas, display pieces, and commissioned 3D artwork.

Customers submitting a custom request confirm that they own or have permission to use all photographs, names, logos, artwork, characters, and other materials included in the request. Customers grant Forge & Form a limited license to use those materials solely to evaluate, design, produce, fulfill, and support the requested commission.

Forge & Form may decline any request that could infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights. We do not guarantee acceptance of every custom request.

A custom-order request is not a purchase. Pricing and production begin only after Forge & Form reviews the request, provides a final quote, the customer accepts that quote, and the required payment or deposit is received.

Digital proofs are representations of the intended finished design. Slight differences may occur because of 3D-printing materials, printer tolerances, lighting, screen calibration, assembly, and hand finishing.

All original Forge & Form characters, sculptures, photographs, branding, product designs, written content, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of Forge & Form Design Studio unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer reproduction, manufacturing, resale, or commercial licensing rights.

Products are intended as collectible display pieces and should be used according to any safety or care instructions supplied with the order.
